Zelco Logistics partnership with: “Magazijnhelden van Morgen”: innovative training for warehouse workers

The “Magazijnhelden van Morgen” project has been launched in collaboration with several Belgian and Dutch organisations, including Zelco Logistics. The project aims to improve training for warehouse workers to meet the changing demands of the logistics sector.

  • The project focuses on lifelong learning and retraining to address labour shortages in the logistics sector. It aims to strengthen the skills of current and future warehouse workers through innovative learning solutions such as apps, videos and online learning.
  • The project includes identifying the necessary skills, analysing training needs and developing tailored learning programmes for different groups, including people with limited prior education and non-native speakers. A multi-method approach combines research, analysis and the development of adapted learning materials.
  • Zelco Logistics contributes its expertise in hybrid training to the project. The expected results are a toolkit of innovative resources and train-the-trainer programmes.
