🎯 Learning objectives

  • Use inbound technologies effectively: Apply modern software and tools (WMS, EDI, ASN, SSCC and cubing) directly to make the receiving process digital and error-free.
  • Manage loading-dock and unloading processes safely: Organise dock facilities so that goods are unloaded efficiently, safely and in line with applicable standards.
  • Carry out quality and document checks: Check incoming shipments and transport documentation, such as the CMR consignment note, carefully for discrepancies, damage and administrative accuracy.
  • Handle exceptions and return flows: Record damage, returnable packaging, RMAs and discrepancies systematically and process them correctly in the system.
  • Receive goods physically and administratively: Assign products correctly to warehouse locations and release them for subsequent processes.

  • e-Magazijn - Layout & Inrichting

    Deze e-learningmodules vormen samen een gestroomlijnd en praktisch leertraject rond datagestuurde magazijninrichting en -optimalisatie. In Data-analyse als fundament van magazijninrichting en de verdiepende instructievideo over ABC-analyse Pareto leert de cursist grote datasets te analyseren om artikelen te categoriseren (A, B, C) en de verplaatsings- en loopafstanden in het magazijn te minimaliseren. Magazijn Layout & ontwerpmethodieken reikt vervolgens de beproefde methodieken SHA (Systematic Handling Analysis) en SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) aan om goederenstromen visueel in kaart te brengen, transportarbeid te berekenen en efficiënte lay-outontwerpen te maken. Tot slot brengt de instructievideo over het inrichten en dimensioneren van de opslagruimte al deze theoretische principes samen in een concrete praktijkcase. Dankzij dit e-learningpakket verwerft de cursist direct toepasbare vaardigheden om logistieke ruimtes zelfstandig te analyseren, te herstructureren en te optimaliseren voor een maximale operationele efficiëntie.
