Zelco is certified by Management Information and received the Q*For quality label.

The Q*For audit method controls the quality of the service of training and consulting firms. A certification means that at least 80% of the customers are satisfied of the quality of the training and consulting missions.

The Q*For audit uses a detailed checklist and a tele survey among the customers to analyse the quality of the consulting and training services.

During the tele survey they checked following aspects of the service:
